If Jenny were useless that would be a massive improvement. Others more helpful.

This county court does not maintain any forms of aid for Casey's law. Their attitude is no one has successfully committed someone so why bother. Instead their only form of involuntary commitment is as a mental health issue and only outpatient services are offered. This court obviously has no resources and/or desire to deal with drug issues. Hamilton County puts this office to shame

Attempted to engage them in a very serious matter with a party requiring social services and involuntary commitment to get them an assessment/mental health help. I left them multiple emails and messages on the appropriate lines of their voicemail menu (they would not talk live one on one-the woman in charge of civil commitments). They would not respond or refused to call me back with the party even exhibiting life threatening behavior. Disrespectful, immoral and unethical public employees working for this agency. The matter further involved police abusing the party as a factor and they (along with local law enforcement) seem keen to allow the party I was seeking help for to be continue to be abused, along with personal attacks on me for bringing the issues to light.

Hi, go to our website there is a list of of officials that perform marriages. You may schedule an appointment with them. The alternative you can visit the secretary of state website to see who is licensed to preform marriages. The Probate Court only issues licenses, we do not preform marriages. Hope this helps.
