Paula Villanueva is a driver. She is extrenely rude, unprofessional, and inappropriate when communicating with students. She makes snide comments as though she enjoys engaging in conflict, these are children, our future generations! She should simply be ashamed of herself!

Call to let them know that there were no turn signals used on the bus, they said that the driver knows that they are not working. Why was it on the road of it had broken lights.

Very poor service. Day in and day out kids buses are either 5-10 min early or 30 min late. Literally need to dedicate 45 min of the morning to catch a school bus. You can’t utilize the tracker app because they use a different bus everyday. No communication. Just very poor.
