Office cannot and will not answer their phone. Had george as an instructor - he was very passive aggressive, and then proceeded to have me DRIVE TO HIS HOUSE so his wife could give him food. Constantly put his hands on the wheel when I was in no wrong, centered in my lane or in the process of making a LEGAL turn. Constantly put his hands either on my arm or on my shoulder. And when I tried to call Schwartz to change my instructor, they never called me back and proceeded to not pick up the phone for 3 days. 3 DAYS. So now I’m stuck with getting a 40$ charge because I cannot stand to be in the car with that instructor again. Don’t waste 400-500 dollars like I did here. They don’t do refunds and they don’t care about their customers or about contacting their customers when there’s an obvious issue. And I’m not the first person to complain about him.

Recently used for my 16 year old son to complete his classes and driving. He did the live zoom class option and then used their driving instructors for his in car. Team was always prompt to call me back when leaving a message and instructors were on time and communicated about any issues.
