Had great time. Water very low got stuck few times. May want to remove some downed trees to help the experience. Price was good, staff was nice. Really enjoyed our time. (Except when we got wet lol) beautiful scenery!

Always a fun adventure at Trapper John’s! I’ve been coming for years and every season they have the best employees and offer a great time. Highly recommend for families, friends, and everyone in between!

This staff is one of the best around. As soon as we got there, they were welcoming and helpful as well as when our trip ended. I spoke with them twice on the phone prior and very patient and explanatory about the trips as there are quite a few to choose from. Amazing, pleasant experience. Lots of smaller rapids and they explained where to go. We will return. Almost a 2 hour drive for us but we'll worth it. Highly recommend!

They just charge for shuttling services if you have all your own gear. Not to bad of a deal
Off Peak hours of 11am-4pm start tomorrow Sept 16, 2019. IDK when they shut down for the winter.
Booze is a definite no no..... That doesn't mean people don't do it but....if caught by a Ranger it's a solid fine and Trappers can ban you.
Yes there's tubing. I have personally done it here. Wasn't my cup of tea but I'm glad I tried it 😊
No
I believe I saw two ladies get their personal kayaks transported today.
Life jackets and kayaks are part of the rental. Depends on what route you take. The short one is about an hour and a half but you are not held to time unless close to closing. Hope this helps.
Basically the upper and lower trips are almost 6 miles. The sampler is half of the lower trip.
Yes
Okay cool, they didn't say anything to the couple with a dog
Yes you can, you have to have a fishing license though
Yes.
It depends on the which trip you choose, equipment you bring and shuttle service used.
No no no no, accidents & disasters waiting to happen. Use your head ppl!.
Yes!
Big Darby is very low right now. Riverflow app gives two different readings, but one is way below 100 cfs. You should call and check about whether it is runnable without a lot of dragging.
At ospery lake. But you can get a use pass for ten bucks and the they launch you and you can take out on the four or six mile landings. And you can camp at the four mile if you reserve in advance and use launch and landing then with your own gear. Jason is great call him and see what you can work out.
20$ last time i went was well worth it
Probably not. I'd call them and they will tell you the limits per canoe
2 can paddle and you can put a third person in the middle.
Yes there is a day pass fee really reasonable and also rents life jackets if you don't have your own
Waterproof storage for anything you don't want wet. Sunblock and mosquito repellent. A small cooler for drinks and maybe a small snack. It depends on the length of the trip.
