I realize the original questioner won't see the answer probably since the question is a year old but in case anyone else wants to know. They will let you choose the amount of spice from basically no "heat" (mild) up to extra hot (spiciest level). I ordered mine "hot" and found it to be a good, slow building heat. (Enough to want extra soda but not so much that your lips are burning).
Customers are required to wear masks until seated and eating. Staff wears masks, gloves, etc. Food is prepped and brought out in bags so only you touch it. All in all an awesome experience.
