This is for Dr.Bright's new location in New Albany. I just had a routine physical/blood work this morning and could not be more pleased with my experience. Each one of the staff members were great to chat with and brightened my morning. Yvette was the MA to Dr Bright and was great chatting with her through the process. Dr Bright is an athlete himself so he understands whatever I am explaining to him as far as aches and pains. He also walks you through the entire visit's process even though it was a simple physical. I unfortunately didnt catch the woman who did the blood work but we had a laughing conversation and took the pain out of blood tests. Never thought I would leave a doctor's office smiling but here I am. I have to give credit when credit is due. Keep up the great work.

If I could give them 0 stars I would. They totally misdiagnosed me to the tune of thousands of $$. When I called them out on it they sent me a certified letter terminating our relationship which I had already done but didn't feel the necessity of certifying it. The letter stated I was abusive and I 100% admit I raised my voice and said I'd had enough. They took no responsibility for getting my diagnosis totally wrong! They have gone from bad to worse in the 5 years I've been going to them. I honestly have never seen such incompetence and the fact that it is a "health care" provider makes it pretty scary. Please beware of this provider.

Would give 0 stars. Dishonest billing practices when physical therapy was under Ohio Health. Quoted 269.25 for 3 physical therapy sessions and then charged over that for each session. They billed my insurance 552, 575, 486. Physical therapy is not as good as other places.
