Hi Susan, if you are local to one of our showrooms or headquarters, you can drop the fixture off for repair. If you aren't local, please ship it to our Hicksville location, attention repairs, with your contact information and a description of the issue. Repairs will inspect the fixture and contact you with an estimate.

We have a wicker table where the glass top broke. If I brought it to your store could I get it replaced?
