Overall great experience purchasing my new F 150 at Romeo. My Salesman Mitchell had all the answers to questions and concerns i had. He stayed late to finalize the sale and make sure everything went as smooth as possible. Finance manager as well explained everything clealry and made the purchase easy as can be. Stayed late as well being i had issues on my end. Overall very pleased with my overall experience there and will be back when time to upgrade wifes car. What an adventure. I purchased a new vehicle in April. Jade Winters was my salesperson. So she was quite surprised when I told her it was a mistake and the vehicle needed to be returned. She went right to work by asking what I wanted. that's when the team went to work. Jade,Tyler and Mike started their search. Their hard work over 3+ weeks. I got the call "Jan, we got your cat" And what a beauty it is. It has everything I asked for plus a lot more. The team and I are now family. I highly recommend Romeo Ford.. I also recommend you check out the new Ford all electric F150 Lightning. You will be very pleasantly surprised by its power and handling. Love you all

At Romeo Ford of Kingston, we take COVID-19 precautions very seriously. All customers and employees are required to wear masks while in public areas of the building, and we have masks available for customers if needed. Social distancing is practiced and we have helpful lines on the ground to indicate distances of 6 feet. We have ample hand sanitizer located in pump and spray bottles at every desk and throughout the building, along with disinfecting spray or wipes at every desk. Additionally, we have a disinfecting "fogger" that's used in the building daily. We look forward to safely helping you with your vehicle needs.
Yes, but keep in mind, if the shop is very busy you may have to wait or if it's a big job and we cannot squeeze you in, you may have to come back at a scheduled time!
