I’m a new patient since 8/9/2022 , I made appointment specifically with Dr. Brodsky based on his positive and favorable reviews . I must concurred that Dr. Brodsky is extremely thorough, compassionate with amazing bedside manner. He listened and took time to address my concerns, he even personally replied my questions via patient portal and I truly respect and admire his professionalism. I also had the pleasure of talking to his assistant, Kelli , she is friendly , understanding and helpful. Megan, the MRI technician is extremely experienced, super efficient, compassionate with great attitude. However I’m very disappointed/frustrated and wasted too much of my valuable time to access their Patient Portal, the software and conversation set up must be revamped because there are too many glitches and inadequate functionalities such as able to attach photo/report via message , sent alert email/text to patients for any new message in their portal, the lack of interface lab reports, visit summary reports etc, etc compared to all other hospitals and private practices’ portals which I’m quite familiar with throughout the years . The most troublesome issue is the constant crashing of the portal for no good reasons and I had to reboot my iPhone/IPad in order to log back in again. I have been in contact with Ann Marie, the Office Manager, she is very sweet and patiently listening to my complaints as well as very receptive to my recommendation and suggestions, she witness some of the problems I mentioned and the portal crushed while I demonstrated in her presence last week. She is in contact with the software company now, we are determined and hope to resolved some of the issues together to improve the Nextgen’s portal , right now I have no access to the portal but I will update my review with the progress and hopefully soon. Still can not get access to the portal… as of 10/4/22..10/22/22

I saw Dr. Mongroo. She was so pleasant and thorough and kind. She really listened and got my entire lengthy history and took a ton of blood to get to the bottom of the issues I'm having. I'm so grateful that she took her time with me. The office was friendly, COVID safe and prompt with my appointment. When I first called to schedule I didn't know what to expect but they were able to see me pretty immediately (within a week of calling) and I didn't have a long wait in the waiting room when I got there. Very happy and will be back for my follow up in a few weeks!
