Affordable, great location, and very nice for the price. Apartment complex is mostly quiet and very friendly. Maintenance has been prompt in my experience, for 2 issues to date. Management has also been very nice when contacted. Overall my wife's and my experience has been wonderful and would recommend.

A friend of mine but in an application for an apartment. They charge the usual application fee. But they also changed $400 deposit. When she was turned down as an applicant because of credit reasons they didn’t refund the $400 deposit. So don’t put in an application unless you have $400 setting around that you want to loose

Very nicer apartment gives you the view of Cincy downtown and sense of security but, yea if you are on low income don't even visit.
