Extremely disappointed with this management company. They are constantly adding assessment to my coop, one of which looks to be indefinite. When asking for a date the assessment will drop off my bill, they cant provide an answer. For the years I've owned this property, I haven't had a single month where there wasn't an assessment on the coop. I'm not sure what they're doing with all the money they've collected, or how my money is being used. Not to mention, they've increased the maintenance fees numerous times. Poor management. Poor communication. Definitely will think twice before purchasing any more of their properties.

In resident 115-25 84th Avenue, the elevators SLAMS extremely LOUD! Paying tenants are unable to get a peaceful nights sleep because of the banging elevator doors! Management has been told continuously for months!
