I went for some frozen yogurt, ended up paying for 3 frozen yogurts instead of 2. Receipt is not detailed. Got money refunded but later realized they still kept some money. I asked to join the membership she said she couldn't do it. She said to come back and purchase again to join the membership. Bad service. They stoled my money. This store at 383 merrick ave has bad service. Asked for the manager and the 2 white caucasian girls said there is no manager. Also I am a professional and wouldn't recommend this place to any of my coworkers. This honestly felt as racism. 2 frozen yogurts 27.7. They are losing important customers.
