This review is for Kyle, who works in the ticket office. I had some problems and questions about tickets I bought for the King and Country concert. Kyle was so polite, answered all of my questions and went above and beyond. I couldn't go without recognizing what a great asset he is to the Truist Arena. Sherri

The concert I went to (For King & Country) was incredible, but this arena isn't the best for concert sound. It was much more echoey than other places I've been. So it made it difficult to understand the words. The seats were surprisingly comfortable, but there was such a bad sticky spot on the floor in front of me that my shoes were actually difficult to lift up off the floor, as if they were glued down! I did like that the parking was free and there was plenty of parking available.
