La Ru Bowling Lanes

I cant say enough great things about La Ru. The staff, the atmosphere, the owners,...its such a fun family friendly place that is super affordable for the whole family! I'm originally from Louisville, Ky and have lived in the area for about 6 months and this place makes me feel right at home. This is definitely my go to place to stop in and just have a drink or bowl a few games. Thank you La Ru!

My family came here to bowl on a Tuesday night. (Not a busy night) Prepaid for two games. We had to leave early and didn't ask for a refund, just a gift card so we could bowl later. The owners were there and refused. Said we we had to bowl now or lose it. Seems a little odd. I could never imagine running my business this way. Anyhow, this was our experience. We have been here quit a few times, but next time we will drive a little farther. Poor customer service rarely pays, even when it does puts a couple extra bucks in your pocket "that one time".

Came here with 12 of my family members. We bowled 3/4 games we paid for and asked for a credit for the last game rather than playing it because it was getting late, and we come here often. They went directly to the owner (who happened to be bowling too), andhe refused. Pretty ridiculous for the amount of money we had spent considering we have been here multiple times with large groups. We don't plan to return with the utter disregard for a simple request from long time customers. I recommend visiting a bowling alley who will appreciate it's customers.

Just had my daughters 7th birthday there. We planned a little last minute and the staff was so accommodating. We had a decent amount of people in our party. The prices for the birthday packages are not bad and the bowling alley being non smoking was great! I would definitely recommend this place to friends and we will be back! Thanks so much for a great party!
