Universus Physical Therapy was a PT service unlike anything I have experienced. My therapist stayed with me for my entire 45 minute session. My knee was carefully examine and massaged every week. Their mission is to restore all of me. This was all fabulous and I cant believe how healed and strong I came out of it. It is an above 40 population. I cant recommend this group enough!

I've had PT in many places over the years. Universus is the best. Full attention from the best physical therapists - no assistants, no gimmicky machines, etc. Really the greatest.

Outstanding PT center! They have a very different model. Instead of being one if several people being treated at the same time, here it is 45 minutes one on one with a doctor of PT. They only treat people over 45, so they no how to deal with older people. Highly recommended

Excellent!!! ALL of the employees are pleasant & helpful. Always greets me by my name, listens attentively without interruption. Then based on how I feel we establish a program specifically for that day on what my pain level is and our overall long-term goal for me. If you need help with therapy then this should warrant a visit. I’m confident that you’ll decide that this is a great place and your best bet to regain your strength, flexibility and reduction of your pain.

Yes!! We have amazing success here with pelvic floor physical therapy.
I'm not a therapist there , but they can teach you some easy exercises that may help relieve your 'stiffness' , you could try what I do , first a hot shower , then do the exercises they recommend . It's worked well for me . Good luck. Rev. B. R.

Hi Catherine, we have two female expert physical therapists who specialize in pelvic floor physical therapy at Universus Physical Therapy. After a thorough history and examination, the physical therapists are able to determine the best treatment for you and your symptoms :)
Hi! Yes! We typically will recommend external/internal rotation either on the side with a weight or standing with thera-tubing. We also recommend that people with rotator cuff issues do middle back strengthening such as a rowing exercise. We also will come up with a variety of other creative and effective exercises once we have a clear picture of what your particular problem is!
Call them , ask for Chris or AJ. They worked on the steel cage I call my chest. Tiffany is great if u want a female PT.
