Not worth it!! Expensive and disorganized. The appointment was ok. The main problem was the administration. I paid the co-pay, 30 dollars, after visit they charged me 118 dollars saying the insurance didn’t cover all the costs, which I paid by credit card immediately. Now a month later I receive another bill of 85.73 dollars with no explanation whatsoever of what this is about. I entered my insurance claim and the 118 dollars I was charged and paid after the visit wasn’t even listed. The insurance called them and they said there is no payment in my account, although the charge is in my credit card effectively paid for them. I sent them the credit card statement print by email, as requested, and received no response so far. I’m really hopeful I will get the extra money I paid back and this was an honest mistake from them. I don’t recommend.

I am disappointed at the lack of communication from this office. Visited the office for skin tag removals, which Dr. Rose advised would fall off a few weeks after her procedure. After almost 3 months, they did not. I received the invoice in the mail and was confused since there were 4 different charges with no explanation other than "this balance is your deductible". Called the office on numerous occasions and each time the front desk advised a billing manager would get back to me. After calling 3 times and leaving messages with the front desk, no one ever returned my call. Finally after my 4th and final attempt, a billing assistant got on the line and provided details on the 4 charges listed on the invoice. I also advised her that the skin tags that were supposed to fall off did not and she stated she would speak with Dr. Rose and get back to me that same day. Unfortunately, it's been over a week and no one has contacted me. I wish they had a better system to get back to patients with their questions and concerns and more detailed invoices.

Dr. Rose is the best in the business. My wife and I have used her for years, even though we moved out of state. We travel in to our appointments, because we trust Dr. Rose. Over the years, she has caught many Basil Cell Carcinomas on my wife’s face and has implemented techniques to prevent more from arising in the future. We are grateful for Dr. Rose & her team!

Dr. Rose is the best Dermatologist I've ever been to. She is very attentive and doesn't rush the visit. I always feel very comfortable during my visits. Her staff is also always very friendly and it is easy to get in touch with them for appointments or prescription information. Even when the office is busy with patients, I'm seen in a timely manner. Highly recommend!
