The fact that this complex makes you get their cable/internet service is the worst!! I’ve only lived here 7 months and I’ve had problems with the Spectrum service multiple times!! My internet has been down since Wednesday and it can’t be fixed until Monday. You think they’re going to credit my account.....No they won’t!! Such a major inconvenience!! I can’t wait until my lease is up I’m tired of paying for something in full every month that always has issues!!

Connie treats us great, we truly do love it here! She’s always on top of it when we need maintenance done. It’s really quiet, we don’t have noise issues. We don’t hear our neighbors, whom fortunately are very friendly! We’ve been here for over 3 years, so sad to be leaving soon but couldn’t leave without giving a great review!

We have really enjoyed our first year and decided to renew our lease. The landlord is always on top of things and can typically have any maintenance requests resolved within 24 hours. The complex is generally pretty quiet and haven’t had hardly any noise- related complaints.
