Positive: Large, clean, comfortable room for the price. Nice fitness center. Very comfortable bed. Negative: Pillows were not very firm. Felt like our heads sank to the bottom. No chair at the desk. A/C cooled well. But sounded like there might have been something loose in the mechanism.

Positive: Good breakfast. Bed was comfortable. Easy to get to and from the freeway and airport. Good price. Negative: Housekeeping must have come in at some point to take out the trash but I was not expecting that so was concerned when I returned to my room (they took out the trash but did not make the bed, refresh towels, etc). Not a problem, just unexpected.

This hotel LOOKS like it would be a nice place to stay, but looks are very deceiving. The one good thing is that it was clean. Our room and bathroom both looked very clean. It’s also modern and updated. I really liked how everything looked! But those are the only good things. We got a king bed room and here was only 4 small (not even standard sized) pillows. And the bed was not comfortable either. Also, the noise!! I could not believe how loud it was until 2am. I couldn’t sleep due to people/kids walking and running through our hallway, the hallway on the floor above, in the room above, and also the doors slamming constantly. The noise was just ridiculous. I was hoping the free breakfast would make me feel a little better in the morning, but I was mistaken once again. We got there at 10:05 (breakfast ended at 10:30 on a Saturday) and there was barely anything left! Empty coffee and juice dispensers. No eggs or potatoes left. Just 2 biscuits, some gravy, packets of oatmeal, and the crusty waffle maker. I was very relieved we were only staying the one night!!

Positive: Nice location, slept well, everyone was very friendly and helpful a made our trip very comfortable and enjoyable .the desk  receptionist andf staff  from  housekeeping  were so friendly and helpful made our stay great. Negative: There was nothing we did not like. It was easy to get there and the staff were very accommodating to our needs.
