We stayed here for a couple of days because we had an international flight from the Cincinnati Airport. The location was perfect! It's a 2 minute drive from airport parking and about a mile from the airport. The hotel was clean and the staff was polite. Will stay here again the next time I used the airport

We stayed here for our visit to the Arc Encounter during the family spring break. We booked 2-nights but we left after the first night. If we hadn't arrived so late we would have left right away. The room was absolutely disgusting. It's obvious that they don't have cleaning staff there. The floor was covered in potato chips, we found what looked like gum dried on the floor, stains on the carpet. This hotel is very dirty. I can handle it being outdated but I had to grab a vacuum just to walk around in the room, it was that bad.

Booked based on "Park and Fly" service which their website clearly stated as available beginning at 5:00 a.m. for shuttle service to the airport. Upon arrival we were informed that contrary to the time stated on their website, shuttle service would not be available in time for our flight. They recommended using an Uber service. As we settled into our room, we attempted to turn on the TV only to find there was no remote in the room. Maintenance did bring a remote to us along with a $2.00 refund for the vending machine which failed to dispense the bottle of water I paid for. We were instructed that the machine had been having problems and if we tried the machine again, it was at our own risk. Upon returning from our trip we called to request the shuttle service back to the hotel only to be informed that it had been in a minor accident the day before and was not running. We then paid for a taxi back to the hotel in order to retrieve our vehicle. We will not be booking again in the future.

The place wasn't necessarily dirty, but it just wasn't nice. The toilet seat and floor had what appeared to be dried urine on it. Luckily, I had Lysol wipes with me. The towels and washcloths weren't fully stocked and extra sheets/pillows weren't in the room. The ones we collected from the front desk were very old and worn. The pullout sofa had white "stuff" on it. Who knows what that was?? People were nice, place was quiet.
