Order by order has steadily been getting worse. Not sure who owns this store but they have no quality control. Every time I order I either have wrong, or missing items. The items I get have been gross. Unfortunately this is the store that Door dash goes to when ordering from work.

Worst Chic fil a I've ever been to, and I've eaten Chic fil a in over 20 states in the U.S. Bunch of Gen z'ers with no social or customer service skills. Will not acknowledge guests until they absolutely have to, and god forbid one of their mall rat friends are hanging out near the counter, then they'll really avoid you. Not worth speaking to the manager when one seems to never be available.You're better off driving the extra distance to the one Centerville.

The beast part of going to the Dayton Mall is a stop at the Chick-fil-A. Always good service and always good food!

Becky who I think is the manager took my order. She has great customer service. She was patient with me, I had no idea what I wanted to order. I was so scatterbrained, and she didnt make me feel rushed at all. My food came out perfect. I didnt even realize there was a chick-fil-a in the mall. I'll definitely be coming back to this location.
