Poor service, poor customer service and poor coverage and poor rates. Their competitors are a lot better. The owner of this Company is from Pakistan, so the entire Company staff has the same mentality

Had this company for about a year. Was a great experience. My significant other is the only reason I left. She didn’t like not having the ability to talk to a rep in person. If her way doesn’t work out, I’m definitely coming back. Simple, pre paid, strong signal (super LTE sim). If you can live with not having in person assistance, then definitely go with US Mobile!!!......1year later.... I'm back with US Mobile

Most of these low cost carriers are the same. They work fine until you need to call customer service. But generally--you don't need to call customer service. But the problem with US mobile is that you do. Alot. Because sometimes...things just stop working. For no reason. You'll be using your phone and suddenly...you have no service. So instead of being annoyed once every few years, you're annoyed every few months. I finally had to ditch them because it was too unreliable. And I was tired of spending literally hours on chat or phone every few months.

Can I bring an iPhone 5 over from ATT and keep my number?

Myra Crockett | Oct 30, 2017
Thomas Kusch | Oct 30, 2017

Yes, assuming that your iphone is a GSM phone with a SIM slot. Do not close your ATT account prior to signing up with US Mobile. Get the US Mobile SIM, sign up, and roll over your phone number during the process. You will be asked the provider and other account info, which US Mobile will use to transfer your number. This also automatically closes the ATT account.

We don't sell it directly in our store, but if you ask one of our support reps via chat they can help you find something potentially.

I have always had a good experience with US Mobile customer service. I have 5 separate lines for them when I am in the US. If you call their customer service number, they will check out everything for you & help if anything needs done. Do you need that toll free number?

I phone 8 plus is available?

Rajeshwari Rathod | Oct 30, 2017

Pretty much any modern phone will work on US Mobile's Super LTE network as long as it is CDMA compatible. If you bought your iPhone factory unlocked or was used on another CDMA carrier such as Verizon, Sprint, or US Cellular, it will work. If the iPhone was used on another carrier, just make sure that it is unlocked or you will not be able to use US Mobile's serivce. If your iPhone is not factory unlocked and was used on a GSM network such as AT&T or T-mobile, US Mobile's Super LTE will not work for you, but don't fret, you can still use there GSM LTE network as long as it is not locked to any carrier. I bought an iPhone 8 from Apple factory unlocked and I use US Mobile. It works great for me, and if your iPhone is CDMA compatible, it should work for you as well. If you are still not sure if your iPhone is compatible, US Mobile's customer service will be able to help you.
