I sought this studio out on a visit to New York and I’m glad I did. I took five different classes and I was impressed by the variety in approaches the instructors brought but consistent standards of knowledgeable teaching and genuine commitment to the practice. The studio itself is clean and inviting in its appearance. I’m going back to NY at the end of the month and already have my yoga schedule arranged!

I took one of the Form + Flow classes with Greg and absolutely loved it. I told Greg that he was hands down the best instructor that I've ever taken a class with. I particularly appreciated how well he articulated each step of class rather than demonstrating it and expecting us to follow his movements visually. This really enabled me to focus on myself, my mind and body connection, and ensure that I was practicing yoga with the most optimal form. I felt great after class, and am very much looking forward to coming back. I've probably told 15 other people to come join me. I highly recommend trying this class!
