My wife took my step daughter here at 7:48 because their website said walk-ins until 8. My wife is a nurse, so taking here at this close to closing time had to be an emergency. She was told that by the PA, Prince, that they had to finish their paperwork and couldn’t see another patient. So I edited their closing time for Mondays to 7:52. My stepdaughter is 5 and was refused by because of paperwork.

Went here for some relief for my throat and was told to gargle with salt water. I drove 25 minutes to a different doctor who gave me medicine for my throat, which I felt better within an hour of taking, and they did a full check with me. This is the 2nd time I went to this prohealth and also the 2nd time I went somewhere else to get answers, meds, or better recommendations on what to do to help myself.

Unfortunately, I had the same problem. You have to go there personally(if it's for COVID testing).Best time is before they open. There's normally a line before 8. You put your name on the waiting list and they call you when it's your turn. There's also an app they use that shows you your place in line and it's mostly accurate. Good luck 👍🏾
