Called because I was locked out of my house on a Friday night. I was told someone would be coming within the hour, even received confirmation texts and a text saying someone was assigned and en route. Well, an hour later and no response to my texts looking for updates. I called the hotline for an update, and was told they would connect me with someone. Finally get a call from a locksmith that my job was just added to the system and they would be there in 40 minutes… when it had already been over an hour and a half since I first called. Absolutely would not recommend unless you have time to kill while locked out.
