Positive: The air conditioning worked great. Negative: Yes, strange characters hanging out in Carson the parking lot and inside the hotel. Someone knocked on our door at least 3 times. Running down the hallway. This hotel definitely needs a makeover. Probably closer to a 6 rating.

Helpful and friendly staff. Easy to get to location. Available parking next door for larger vehicles. Delicious breakfast. Clean swimming pool. Very nice and clean rooms. Quiet neighborhood and roadways in the area. Great visit and close to many food locations as well as Walmart and Tractor Supply Co. stores.

Stayed one night. Room was very comfortable and clean. Staff was very nice. On this stay, I didn’t use the exercise room. It was small, but above average for this size hotel. I didn’t use the pool, but some families seem to enjoy it. Breakfast was standard for Holiday Inn Express and above average for hotels this size. Lots of options to choose from. Parking lot was adequate, but small if you have a bus or towing a trailer. Restaurant next door and a number of stores and restaurants within a 10 minute walk.
