It's kind of a mixed bag on how you'll be treated on any given day. Today myself and the Santee O'Reilly's were put on hold the second we called or just plain hung up on. Finally we get through and they say they have the filter and I drive over there and it's a couple of high school kids working the counter. The kid that "helped" me mocked the name of the part I needed and then mocked my name after I gave him my phone number. The Santee store isn't in the clear either. They said they'd have the part from the Lakeside store at their store by 3pm but listening to the workers they said their driver tries to avoid picking up and dropping off stuff at the Lakeside store. This seems to be the new norm in society. Accountability is going down the drain everywhere.

The guys here are usually helpful. I buy a lot of stuff from here. Kinda pricey for like car wash stuff and accessories but the parts haven't been too bad. Wish they had a better rewards system though. I spend a ton of money here.

Had a great experience with the assistant manager named Edgar today. He was very helpful and friendly. After going to a different competitor auto parts store and being told they could sell me a battery for my car but wouldn't install it because it's located in the trunk Edgar hooked my battery right up! Much appreciated 👍 Thank you O'Reilly's and Edgar!
