This place has so so much potential, but it lacks care! The place is very dated, even down to the carpet on the stairs and entrance. The floors creek, it has an old musk smell. The price to rent is reasonable, but everything else is a turn off. The backyard was just recently done. This is the only great thing about the place. Owners please please update and do renovations immediately for the community. Its such a shame to see how this building is deteriorating!

Big and spacious plus a back yard with lots of space, only bad thing is there is only one bathroom

I had my Baby shower there in July of last year. The Bartender was nasty to my guest. She had the only attitude. Then she was nasty to me asking me about liquor that was there already. The don’t have central air so my guest has to sweat in there. I will never use this place again for anything I do. Mr. Williams is a great person but other than that no more

Held a baby shower there. They didn't allow an outside bartender. And there were pics on the wall they disnt want you to take down or cover. But nice space for small to medium size events.
