I don’t feel like they are professional enough I’ve been going to them for years and now it’s been very unprofessional. They don’t seem to care enough about a valued customer. I spoke to someone about problems I’ve been having with my contacts that are brand new and the lady wasn’t of any help. She seemed to brush off my problems. This is not the first problem I’ve had with them. When I was picking up my contacts I’m not sure if the guy got miscommunication or what but he tried to overcharge me for contacts that had already been paid for.Which is why I don’t recommend them to anyone anymore. The value they have for customers has dropped tremendously.

Dr. Brown is very unprofessional and disrespectful to employees. Has no work ethics, talks about employees to employees and to patients. Over talks people and shows no respect . She may be a good doctor but not a good human being. This space is for reviews without penalty, employees not happy but she’s unapproachable for them.
