very pricy, things have changed alot since the pandemic. They charge ridiculous money and they really have no knowledge on basic questions.

After 5years of excellent service unfortunately not sure what has happened this year with Pupilo who knows way more customers. Congrats, but the desire to help has gone from a 10 to a 2. I can't get a straight answer on my refund status. Pupiko tells me to call my self. now I am at this alone.

Their customer service is not good. If you try to reach their manager it is not happening he is never there or just doesn’t want to deal with people. The person who was doing our taxes could not answer a basic question about something that she herself put down on my tax form. from seeing them work all they do is copy and paste. I was asking them to let me speak with the manager who should know more but they don’t even want to help me with that. Be careful with what is being but on your tax forms
