I arrived by car and used the valet parking. Call the restaurant to ask about boat docking, probably get the most correct answer as well as the specifics if it is doable.

You don't have to dress up for say but more like casual formal a nice polo shirt some nice brand new jeans nice leather shoes or boots at a sports jacket would make you look perfect to fit in there

Yes, they usually do. They also have a price fixed menu for lunch during the week which is one of their best values, and a price fixed one for brunch. I will say that they tend to get a bit overwhelmed during restaurant week, so the service gets slow and I feel like the food isn't at it's best.

Yes, you can. But I feel that is not a place for children unless they are 7 and up. So they get to enjoy the foods and appreciate what you're giving them.
