This hotel is very clean and the staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Nice gym and pool. Family feel. The hotel bar is one of my favorites I have visited. Great food, friendly staff. Very per friendly.

Esoteric Essential

The rooms very decent but we had ants and the breakfast buffet was fantastic but the elevator was old and scary! The hallways smelled funny and there needs some upgrades but the staff was very kind!

Let me first start that the room I stayed in was great. Nice space and very clean and quite. But this 5 star review really goes to the server at the restaurant at the hotel. I'd like to thank and recommend Trina. From the way she greats you when you walk in and the way she does her job is superb and exemplary. I have been privileged enough to work with some of the best servers in the hospitality industry through out my 6 years as a kitchen manager. Although I don't work with Trina, I can tell by her energy, work ethic, and the way she treats both coworkers and customers that she is a awesome server and person. I hope whoever manages and owns this hotel realize how much of a gem she is. Trina if your reading this, please do not change, stay true to who you are and your mission. I wish the best to you and the rest of your life and may people imitate your great example.

Not bad, but was expecting better. Our Room was not the one we booked, was dirty, and the odor in the room was overwhelming. We were given another room. Would have given it more stars if it would have been what I've experienced in other Holiday Inn Express Hotels.
