Dr. Bansal is a LIFESAVER and deserves more than 5 Stars. More like 100 stars! For 6 weeks, I have been suffering from very bad sciatica on my left side. The pain and ability to walk have been a challenge. After not receiving the type of caring and personal treatment from an Orthopedic I saw at Montefiore Hospital, my dearest friend recommended Dr. Bansal. After 3 weeks of hell and suffering, I decided to make an appointment. THANK GOD I did. Dr. Bansal helped me more than any other doctor I saw in the ER at Montefiore and the Orthopedic doctor at Montefiore. Dr. Bansal treats his patients like family and actual human beings. He TRULY cares for them. On my first visit, I took x-rays, received a shot which FINALLY provided me with some relief after 3 weeks of HELL and not being able to walk. Dr. Bansal also gave me a back brace to help with posture and comfort. What doctor you know does this? Dr. Bansal is the type of doctor this crazy and sad world needs. Dr. Bansal treats his patients like family and he really cares. Did you read that? HE REALLY CARES!!! His staff are very helpful and kind. Many doctors need a class on how to treat patients with a caring bedside manner instead of an insurance card and co-payment. Now, 08/25/22 I received another check up and shot to help me adjust with the pain. I am on the road to recovery thanks to Dr. Bansal. THANK YOU DR. BANSAL for being a caring and loving doctor who treats his patients like family. Many Doctors need a class from you!! God Bless you always! You are the true meaning of an Angel here on Earth.

To be honest. my family member didn't even get to see the actual doctor. I was more upset with the way the secretary handled the issue at hand. I just think she could've been a little nicer, and understanding. I do admit before the ordeal they did call me to confirm her appointment, and initially it was a pleasant experience.
