He was a true professional. Very personable as well as patient. I appreciated all of those qualities in an embarrassing moment of life.

I highly recommend Justin Goodman if you are facing a DUI. He had my DUI charge in Fulton county reduced to reckless driving and was able to limit my terms of probation to where I can finish this out in one month. This was my second DUI and this outcome was better than the first one I had. Thanks again Justin for a great job.

Justin Goodman was very precise and attentive to everything I needed for my case.

Eric was the best representation I could recommend. He was always readily available when I needed to ask even the simplest questions or needed guidance. My family and myself were put at ease with his knowledge, empathy, and timely manner. He was able to get my charge reduced, in addition to having me complete all of the requirements early in my case to put me in the best scabrous. I would highly recommend Eric to anyone needing a great lawyer.

No, Not in that context.

Not necessarily. Call George C Creal Jr. for a good DUI attorney and he'll help you keep your driver's license.
The first step after an Atlanta DUI arrest is getting out of jail. The City of Atlanta Municipal Court has bond hearings at 8 am Monday through Friday and at 10 am on Sundays. There are no bond hearings on Saturday. This means that if you get arrested on Friday night you will likely be sitting in Jail until Sunday morning when you see a Judge to set your bond or bail amount. This is one of the unintended consequences of bail/bond reform is that there are no longer scheduled bonds for DUI arrests. The next step is criminal Court. Judge Gundy is currently handling all DUI charges in the City of Atlanta Municipal Court in Courtroom 5D. Status hearings are held at 10 am. Status hearings are generally held to negotiate pleas with the prosecutors and to monitor discovery requests or the status of obtaining evidence including DUI test results, police reports and police videos. Pleas are held at 8 am. The City of Atlanta Municipal Court does not have jury trial jurisdiction.
