This is the place for great food, great vibe and a great hang. Upon walking up to this beautifully renovated house, you immediately are aware of the time, love and passion that went into creating Quinnie's. Best chickens salad on the planet with the seared skin on top, and try the egg on homemade biscuits. Thank you for bringing this to Hudson!

Very nice atmosphere and location (we went to Philip's Orchard down the way to apple pick and why were in the area), very nice staff, great local beer selection- tasty food often with local ingredients. We did have a slight problem with a sandwich that we did not even address with them when at the restaurant since it was a busy afternoon for them and us. They IMMEDIATELY addressed to my total satisfaction and beyond when I provided feedback afterwards since I only notified them when prompted for a review- I hope to be a repeat customer in the future.
