I will start by saying some things I do like about this place. The pool is nice, overall a clean place, and Chasity at the office staff is wonderful. She is so kind and helpful. I stayed here for 3 years. I moved and was new to the area: I felt like the apartment was ridiculously overpriced for what it was. It would be different if the rooms were somewhat updated/ modern, but they aren’t at all. Looks like 80s/ early 90s, other than appliance I had an unexpected loss of my job which caused me to have to move to another city to start my new one. My lease was expiring so I thought well, at least that will work out nicely. However, you are completely locked into giving a 60 day notice. I of course, could not sign a lease… so I got the standard rate I was stuck paying. I paid $2,600 a month standard rate, twice (60 days) even though I was already living 2 hours away. I just find that insane. They scheduled my move out day on a Sunday. We drove in and were ready for move out. Office hours say 1-5 on Sunday according to website. No one was there. So we wasted our day waiting for someone and no one was there for a walkthrough. I sent emails/ called multiple times. Then was sent with a ridiculous bill of supposed things after move out. The whole experience here has been over all extremely disappointing. Over priced and poor management
