Lived there for about 2 months before we broke our lease. We couldn’t stay there anymore. At first I thought it was a gas leak but I realized it’s an all electric apartment. The smell was coming from the water which I googled was an indication of contaminated water pipes. I would clean the toilet bowls and in a few days there would be mold. The place was also infested with cockroaches. Our complaints were ignored of our above neighbors smoking constantly and leaving ashes/cigarettes on our patio and playing music with subwoofers.

Will raise my rating if things continue to improve. Many businesses used the pandemic as an excuse to lack on their services. I think Camden in PTC fell into that too. This took place in the form of raising their rent substantially in the past few years while simultaneously lowering their standards. Examples being cockroaches appearing everywhere on the grounds, certain amenities broken and disregarded, and a lack of attention to trash pickup. The last point, trash pickup, has improved very recently. For quite some time people were leaving leaking trash bags on the ground, piled, for days. Just recently, they've started administering warning slips again as they did a year ago. I do not think it's right for Camden to defer to the collection agency for blame. I think the trash issue had a lot to do with the cockroach issue. Furthermore, there are golf cart charging outlets which do not work, and the dog park gate has been broke for probably close to 3 months. I'm also hesitant to call the maintenance team competent, as it took them 1 and a half months and 3 service calls to attempt to fix our toilet. I finally just fixed it myself, though I didn't want to originally because I pay for these services... With all that being said, it is a beautiful place in a great location. My rating is largely influenced by the exorbitant pricing.

Keith is an excellent leasing agent. He really has his stuff on lock and cares to triple check in order to make sure you move into a clean apartment. Washer/dryers are in-unit to save like $45 versus renting them! Gym is well stocked too. Love the golf cart charging and pools.
