It is nice place if you want to spent time beside the river and walk with nature. I like to visit Azela drive and walk in this trails.

At the board walk no, but it is free to access and easy to access, and you can walk or bike on it, it does get flooded after a lot of rain so go when it has not rained much. At NOC there is bathrooms which is a quarter mile from the board walk. I would just recommend using the bathroom before you go, its not that far of a walk.
There’s nothing to see when it’s dark and I’m pretty sure it’s closed at dark
There really aren't any. You could ask to use one at the rafting place, but they may or may not.
It is about 4.5 miles long from end to end. But it is not a loop.
