Very nice place to go and sit on the rocks as the stream flows around you. Lovely bridge to stand on and take photos as well. I saw several people taking photos here. 1 star was taken off for the parking. There is not enough places to park and walking from the top area is very down hill. There is a trail you can walk as well, but I did not check it out.

There are beautiful waterfalls and many trails. You can see a lot of people with beautiful scenery. On weekends, if you are unlucky, parking can be difficult due to limited parking spaces.
There is a trail that leads to the falls on the mill side (north side) of the creek that does not use the big flight of stairs by the bridge. if you are asking about wheelchair accessibility, I’m not sure, but i don’t believe it is.

A lot of people do a lot of stuff on the bridge but I don't think it can be shut down. You could check with the park.
