Love the apartments and the amenities . Community overall is very friendly for both people and pets . Neighbors are mostly very nice and not a lot of “ruckus” . The leasing staff is super nice but understaffed and mismanaged as a result . You could call up to the resident center until you’re blue in the face and leave a message but they will never pick up. You almost always have to go down there during office hours . Emailing them is futile and even more less responsive than phoning. The “24 hr maintenance emergency line” is a bit of a joke. I had to put in several work orders after hours and not one got addressed over the span of 5 hours. I got a mysterious call from a caller unknown saying they’d work on my issue but crickets . So all in all of nothing ever goes wrong in your unit or acct this place is nice to live in.

Our experience at Cortland has been great and peaceful so far. Symone Woods was our leasing consultant throughout the process of finding a unit we liked and settling in at Cortland. She was incredibly responsive, resourceful, and pleasant to us!

Symone was my leasing agent and she was nothing but the nicest ! She informed us of multiple options each time we visited the location. We previously lived here, moved, and came back just because we loved the environment. If you want peaceful living I definitely recommend cortland. Make sure to ask for Symone as your agent :)
