Extremely aggressive customer service reps who repeatedly interrupt you while you speak. This has happened to me on multiple occasions. They even hung up on me. Very difficult to work with, it’s like pulling teeth to get them to cooperate at any level.

Courtesy and professionalism all around, even had the opportunity to meet the Mayor, a very nice individual.

They have the most antiquated utility/water/sanitation registration and payment system I’ve ever seen! If I register for sanitation services why do I have to call back to get the trash can?! Why is the registration form a PDF?! It’s HELL trying to pay a bill online! My goodness I should’ve purchased in Marietta again instead!

Questions & Answers

My wife and I are going to relocate to Smyrna, early 2020, she is going to take over one of the Del Tacos in town. We are living in California. Any info on Smyrna would be great. Thank you, Ken and Patty Lauwers

I relocated to Smyrna from Monterey California 4 years ago and I love Smyrna. It's in Cobb county, one of the most desired counties in the Altanta area. What I love most about Smyrna is the low crime rate, great schools, clean city, not over crowded, easy access to the highways and in my opinion the housing market is great. Coming from California you will be impressed with the cost of living. I hope this helps.

I have two questions , the first question is do I need a permit to hold a yard sale on my property ? Do I need a permit to sell in an open lot (Parking Lot)

I don't believe so, but you do need to talk to your HOA, if you have one.
