I chose to use UPS to ship my MacBook Air that I sold. The employee assisting my husband had horrible hygiene. He appeared to have rolled out of bed in dirty clothes before showing up to work. My MacBook was incorrectly given the same tracking number as a completely different item going to a different place. (This shouldn’t have happened as I already had a tracking number for my item) My MacBook is now missing and an investigation was opened and we have yet to hear from UPS regarding my missing item. There has been no movement on either tracking numbers. My only assumption would be that my laptop was stolen by an employee as there is no other explanation for it having gone missing. * I have been waiting on a check from UPS to compensate me for my stolen laptop. UPS has lied repeatedly to me about the check being on the way. It’s been weeks, there is NO CHECK. My husband keeps being told to wait on a call from UPS disclosing the check amount. The call has never come. We’ve requested them to call us, and they keep blowing us off and giving us the run around. DO NOT USE THIS LOCATION. Read other reviews about missing electronics. I will be filing a police report as it appears UPS is not concerned with resolving this issue. I am so disgusted they are treating people like this and getting away with it. My MacBook never showed any progress on the tracking number. It was STOLEN from the store!!! * Another edit. My husband and I were told again that the check was on the way as of nearly a week ago. I’m not shocked that was ANOTHER lie. Some months later, my husband is being dodged by the person in charge of claims. He is not responding to our inquiries. I guess UPS is hoping that we just forget our MacBook disappeared from their store with no movement indicated by the given tracking number. This happened in June ‘22 and here it is the end of October and we still haven’t been compensated.

Whoever just delivered boxes to 3100 Northwest Blvd was extremely rude and unprofessional. He slammed the door open and threw the boxes on the ground (most are really damaged and falling apart) and when I asked who they were for he said it’s not his job and that we have to figure out where they go. The whole interaction with him was completely unnecessary and rude. Whoever these boxes are supposed to go to hopefully everything isn’t broken the way he was handling them. I don’t want to use Ups if this is how my packages are going to be treated, randomly delivered and thrown on the ground. Happened on 10/17/22 at 10:30 am

UPS is the worst. every time i have an issue they just tell me to call a number that refuses to connect me to a real person.

Valid driver's license works just fine, the charge is $5 per stamp, and the service is available between 10am and 6pm.
