I just ordered a pick up order of the coconut chicken strips. When I came in to pick up my order, the waitress asked my name and walked back to get my order. As she was walking back out from the kitchen area with my food, ****I watched her *Swinging* the bag —with the food container sitting sideways rather than upright as it should have been.**** I cringed, but was in a hurry and didn’t bother looking at it before leaving. When I opened the container once home, I was not surprised to see that the container of orange sauce that comes with the chicken had popped open and spilled about 3/4 of the sauce out of the cup and all over the container and chicken, including at the top & corners which meant that as soon as it was opened, there was sauce dripping everywhere, creating a sticky mess. This was annoying but the food still tasted fine and I love the sauce so it was not a huge deal FOR ME— However, I know there are many people/children out there with sensory issues around food for whom this would have been cause for a complete meltdown and very possibly an entirely wasted meal. Please try to keep the food containers up right - without swinging them - when carrying them out? This seems like something that really should go without saying… Otherwise, the chicken was wonderful, as it usually is. 👍🏻

I absolutely LOVE the Duck, on the restaurant side. The food is amazing, huge portions and decent pricing. I really love their chicken strips and honey mustard. They also have AMAZING breakfast. One of our favorite places to go to Sunday breakfast. Huge portions and it’s always delicious.
