I would like to give a shout out to the amazing customer service I received when I messaged them on FB. Jaleesa responded less than 30 mins, helped me with everything to get a tech over to my mom's house as her phone wasn't working. She lives in another state than me so explaining the situation to Jaleesa I was sure I was gonna get "you need to be on the account" but she helped me with everything. Shout out to Judd the tech that went to my mom's house within 3 hours. I thank you both so very much. Keep up the fantastic work!

If you are upgrading....they are Informative and the associate was helpful with me and helped me get set up. But lost her patience when it became time to help my friend and his account. Telling him he could take the channel guide home and decide there not even giving him a minute to double check. There wasnt anyone else un the store but us. So helpful with me while i upgraded. Not helpful with him while he down graded. Very obviously sales oriented and not customer satisfaction with the night and day treatment.
