Excellent services, I went to burke auto service por Virginia inspection last minute and the service was fast!

New to the area and used Burke Auto Service Experts primarily to address a check engine light, which was keeping us from getting an emissions test. They also did an oil change and alignment. Everything was done just as requested and relatively quickly. When the work was complete, John called to explain everything that had (and hadn't) been done with respect to the check engine light. It was apparent that they didn't undertake any unnecessary repairs. Honest and fair service, and we'll be back in the future.

Very friendly staff and front office. Wish I could say it was good service or bad, but I got no service. Had a scheduled appointment at 0930 for routine oil & transmission fluid service. Called at the end of the day and my vehicle was still waiting in the parking lot for a technician. Was wondering why the parking lot was so full. I needed my vehicle for work and lost a whole day. Taking my business elsewhere.

I used their website to request a call back with a long list of fluids I wanted changed. No response, so I call the next day. They can't find the email. Guy that answered the phone is so unbelievably rude. He tells me he can't do it today. I said fine, what about next week. He replies JUST PICK A DAY! What a grade A jerk. I apologize for bothering him and hung up. Wow.
