Came in for oil change and battery replacement. They told me my alternator is bad and quoted an $800+ repair. I can tell it was BS as the tech explained how he came up with that conclusion. The oil change is expensive and they don't even bother to reset my oil change reminder.The battery replacement was done by inexperienced rech as he didn't hook up a battery to the lighter to provide power to the computer and radio while changing the battery. He told me to contact Honda to get the radio unlock code!. They did vacuum the car interior and windows, and maybe that's why the oil change is so expensive. I won't be going back.

Usually fast and easy, not to expensive, you can bring your own parts as well and they will install.

Customer Service is supposed to be for the customer. This location is severely lacking. The manager as well as the employees are very dismissive and lack customer service skills. I've visited this location on many occasions for many years and this is the 1st time the service was extremely disappointing. I've always been able to sit in my vehicle, especially now with COVID, with concerns to cleanliness and hygiene as a medical professional. I have no idea if these people possess any thing communicable. No one was wearing masks nor gloves. You are getting in My vehicle, my personal space. Again, they were all very dismissive, it was disappointing! this treatment did not stop her from trying to up sell. The turnover is sad. The past managers and employees were 10 times what is running this location now. Jiffy Lube has no reported incidents nor accidents with customers remaining in their vehicles. I will be choosing another location until turnover occurs again at this location. The woman working there is need of additional customer service training.

Great customer service. Great time management. Fun guys. Although I get free maintenance with a specific Nissan Dealer, I’d rather pay Jiffy Lube. The service is A1 all around the board. They’re accurate and fast, I love it here. I’ll be back for every single maintenance needed. Thank you guys!
