Independence is an amazing company to work for. They are always there for me, always extremely understanding, and they always go above and beyond to help me feel appreciated. Independence holds an AOC position where if a staff were to call off the AOC will have to come in to work the shift opposed to the staff having to stay over and work it. They care about their employees and always let it show. They care more about their individuals who live with disabilities. Here at independence it is our mission to help out individuals live with as much independence as they possibly can. Following all DODD guidelines and enforcing the INDIVIDUAL rights!! If your looking for a career to last a life time, independence is a great place to look.
