I am so disappointed. I can't even come up with anything else to describe it. Absolutely no care for the building or customers. My advice is to avoid completely. Absolutely last resort. I don't know how it as anything more than 1 star.

This hotes has bad service no breakfast ofert telephone in the room I was told it's a motel not a hotel the room a working mini refrigerator or microwave. There no outlet to charge your phone. In the restroom there no towels. It's smells like mold. Very bad service o would reconde to stay.

Beware everybody, this motel has a MAJOR bedbug problem. For some reason they are still allowing people to check in and out without informing them of this terrible matter. I myself as well as a couple different friends of mine and my family in laws ALL ended up collecting bedbugs after staying at this location. Just watch out

Driving up and seeing the exterior was our first clue, and should have prompted us to cancel. We called ahead to make sure we could get into our room before 3:00 check in, and was told everything was OK. Walked into the lobby to see no one wearing a mask, although it was posted masks were required. I was told our room was NOT clean, "oh, but I can give you a suite at no additional charge." The "suite" comes with a futon, and is off the main hallway...that didn't help with the noise, though. "Suite" was semi - clean. Bed was fine. Sliding bathroom door couldn't be closed from the bathroom all the way. Toilet wouldn't flush. No Kleenex in the room. Woke up at 3:00 Sunday Labor Day morning, and decided to leave to make a five hour drive so as to not find any more surprises. We still did ... an article of female clothing! Attendants were nice, and the evening attendant was helpful, providing "extra coffee and condiments." AC is on the blink, and was turned off when we arrived, so it wasn't cool or comfortable. We will not be staying there again. On the way out we learned that the "breakfast bar" was a "sack lunch" that wouldn't be available for hours. Fortunately we found a 24 hour McDonald's nearby.
