Called ahead of time told them my situation I have a freezer less then a year old whirlpool brand bought last winter said it's a strange situation I can't get parts for the door gasket they said no problem then they showed up and and said that it's off bran whirlpool and the owner said walk away I called because I've heard they are the best in the business but I will never call again especially since when I express my frustrations the tech was becoming rude

I paid $75 for them to come out and check my dishwasher. Told me I needed a new circuit board. I had the part replaced which cost over $200. 45 days later the dishwasher is doing the same thing. I called to have them actually fix my dishwasher and the told me it would cost another $75 for them to come back to the house just to diagnose it again. I was told by the receptionist that “You didn’t call 3 days after it was installed, so it has been working for over a month.” Which my response was how does it make sense to have to spend over $200 every 45 days to keep a dishwasher running. By the time I have them come back out and look at it again I’m almost to the price of a new dishwasher. Mind you my dishwasher is less than 5 years old. The receptionist had a horrible attitude and I will not be using them again and I recommend that anyone considering them for a service look elsewhere.

I think they are the best . I have them fix everything washer dryer fridge they are the best never had a problem recommended Farraghers to everyone.
