I’ve called 4 times on my grandfathers pocket watch. It’s been months. Every time they say, we will call when it’s done. My grandfathers watch has been in the family for generations. I hope they haven’t lost it.

BEWARE: Took our Howard Miller mantle clock in for repair, took weeks for an estimate to be provided; gave the go ahead for the repair (~$180) based on Emil's estimated value of the clock to be ~$700-$800. Heard nothing and after a few weeks, I called for status, where they sounded very confused and didn't seem to be able to locate the clock. I drove to the shop to help them "search" for our clock, to no avail - their documentation was basically notes in a notebook that indicated someone had already picked up our clock!! Not us obviously and all he could do is ask me - how could that happen, how could someone give them my phone number to pick up my clock - which was an excellent question - albeit for him to answer not me!! I'm not sure how this gets resolved at this point since it appears our clock was given to someone else; lovely elderly couple, however the disorganization and seeming negligence is very frustrating...

Took our clock in for repair had to pay CASH brought the clock home the original problem was still there. Took the clock back said he would call never heard from him. Went back to get the clock after a month he tried to refuse to give me the clock CLAIMS I abandoned it. I threw a royal fit threatened to call the police he finally gave me the clock. Turns out he'd done nothing to the clock said it couldn't be fixed.
