Best Sausage, Scrapple and Pudin in a 100 mile radius. Ribs, sliced ham are excellent. Excellent service, clean facilities. Only place I buy fresh cut meats, and I've tried a lot of other places.

They have it but you have to pre-order the previous week. There are two different prices. One for trimmed and one for untrimmed. Untrimmed being the cheaper price. As far as price I recommend calling them. I haven't bought brisket yet this year so I don't want to steer you wrong. I hope this helps you.
